An Open Letter to the Good Neighbours

There are things which I feel attached to, which I consider 'mine', which are nowhere to be seen. These things include:

  • My nice slipcovered copy of Cyrano de Bergerac
  • The second "Hunger Games" paperback
  • The second "Garden of Iden" novel
  • My brownglass bottle of Coyote from Black Phoenix
  • My DVD of "Jeffrey"

I have left an oatmeal cake with honey and the memory of a lazy summer day on the flagstones near the garage. No questions will be asked, no recriminations filed. However, if this is to become a regular occurrence, perhaps some negotiation is in order.

While you're at it, see if they'll give you back my Disgaea 3 game disc.

I find, however, that often when I've lost something it turns out that I just put it down somewhere I shouldn't have. (Out of curiosity... was the bottle of Coyote supposed to be on the altar? I did move things off the top of the altar when Steve and I put the shelf up, to avoid breakage. Check the bookcase to the left of the altar.)

No, it should have been with my personal toiletries. My guess is I may have taken in on a trip somewhere and it escaped into the wild. q:

I love Jeffrey! (I also own a copy.) Patrick Stewart steals the show.
