The first batch of chili for the winter is finished. Pleasantly mouth-tingling.
I'm not exactly certain where I'm going to put it all, because the fridge is full of T'giving preparations. (And I haven't even done my share yet. Or done my weekend grocery shopping, because I was trying to catch some extra sleep.) But this will be a chili week.
