CEOs in Colombia continue to be murdered at an alarming rate.
Rich, powerful white people are being killed and although the rate has dropped significantly between 2006 and 2007, not a single killer has been brought to trial in the past two years.
President Bush is considering awarding Colombia a free-trade agreement.
