Learning this lesson again

Reminder to self: Web page comments on the internet are not for reading. They're just garnish. Arrogant, uninformed, illogical garnish.

I aim to make the audience happy--if it's funnier that way, I could edit the post. (:

Some of 'em are ... well, not worth the time it takes for the eyeballs to skim. Some of 'em are better. Depends don' it, on where you're readin' 'em?

The comment in particular that started this rant was on an article about how everybody be hatin' on Sucker Punch because Zach Snyder is too popular to be cool.
Said commenter said something along the lines of:

WTF everybody says its sexist, only cuz the girls are hot lol

And I had to back away from the keyboard, in case I spontaneously developed the power to set people on fire with my mind.

No, spontaneously developing the power to set people on fire with your mind is a perfectly valid response to said commenter. And it would probably the quality of life of everyone around them.

You'd be helping! :)

Plus, it'd be pretty hard to prove legal culpability, wouldn't it?
