And looking up I noticed I was late
Managed to actually sleep until the alarm went off this morning. Or at least within ten minutes of. I think this early morning cloud cover helps.j
However, this means that when I read Angie's long ass update and her even longer ass 9/11 article she linked to, I was hideously late. So I've skipped shaving today and that'll be exciting.
Graduation at Humbolt sometime in the near future, it sounds like, so if anybody misses their plane to Eureka they'll probably be stuck here until Sunday.
Tersa, Toast appears to have recovered nicely after his journey and is especially lovey this morning.

Thank you for that update. I suspect, just given his behavior trying to get him the hell off the roof this morning, that he was a little freaked by it. Kinda like "I'M FREE! I'M FREE! Oh, shit, this is scary!"
Not to mention *me* being a little freaked by it. If I hadn't been able to get him down, I was going to have to go to work and you would've had to have gone to work, and he would've been running around all day and might get into a fight or hit by a car or a train or any other number of horrible things.

(We have a *lot* of car traffic in the morning and afternoons while I'm at work, with the middle school right across the street. Not to mention he'd just been fed so he wouldn't have been hungry until then. :(
