Brian Dennehy screwed up again and he’s sorry
The stew turned out pretty well--I might have easily used both jalapenos, or perhaps a pepper sauce or something ... ooo. That smoked jalapeno 'tabasco' sauce. That would have been lovely. And I think I could have cut the meat into smaller bits. But I can pretend it's good for me, and it's still quite tasty.
I went to the library to drop off the latest batch of CDs and Molly Ivins books, and to pick up more CDs and to grab the Sarah Vowell 'Partly Cloudy Patriot'. My crush on her just keeps growing, and I will have to fly to New York City sometime and offer to take her out to lunch.
And while at the library, I discovered a CD from Guitar Wolf. (Yes, *that* Guitar Wolf, from Wild Zero, of which I still need to buy a copy.) Hee! I can't wait and hope it doesn't suck too much.
And Aelf? I picked up a Black 47 CD in your honor.
Also bumped into Diony on the stair, whom I haven't seen in a dog's age, and that was also v. nice.
