So thanks to a delightful and very helpful box office worker (who made me think of Raven nearly the entire time) I now have a ticket to see King John and a membership to the OSF for a year and a half. On the member waitlist for tickets to see Doctor Jekyll as well. Happy birthday to me, although it's a little pricey.
Looking for a historian to tell me about World War I, and working extra hours at work in hopes of making up lost ground. If I actually make it tonight (which I should) I will have my first week in many months of going to the gym three times which was the original plan.

Barbara Tuckman is a good historian; she'll tell you lots of things. Try "A Distant Mirror."
Do you have a specific list of questions? My father, uncle, grandfather and brother-in-law are all real good with this sort of thing (alas, I am not). I could ask them on your behalf.
