Don't close your eyes

Another iTunes questions! Oh boy! (And posted early on Saturday, so very few of you will probably see it.)
So I have a playlist (called Stay Awake) that I would play while trying to get to sleep. iTunes has that feature where it counts how many times you listen to each track, and I think that the tracks on this playlist are likely to get a rather high play count. I'm not certain what all this play count affects, but I don't suppoze there's a way to tell iTunes not to count played tracks sometimes, is there? If it becomes a problem, I suppose I can just reset the individual track counts to zero.

No way to do so to my knowledge, but then, I'm not the expert.

Well yeah, but at least you reply. (:

No, there is no way to negate the play count except manually, however the only things the play count gets used for are party shuffle mode, and the "Most Played" smart playlist.

Cool. Thanks, hon. (I couldn't find the phrase 'play count' or the words 'play' or 'count' in the Help file search. q: )
