The moon... beautiful

The only Yello album I own is a greatest hits-esq collection called 'Essential'. Tonight I threw it into the DVD drive for ripping (Four albums left! And I think I've already ripped at least one of them!) and I noticed that they had dated each track for when it was actually released as a single rather than the date of the album's release.

I find this unimaginably cool. I went back and individually dated tracks on albums like the Judy Garland CD or the Gypsy Swing CD because WWII era music should not be dated 1991. So this is exactly what I would have done if I'd been put in charge of a collection.

BTW, there should be several more Yello albums on the DVDs I sent you many moons ago. They're all OGGified, of course, though.

And so far they are the only tracks that I've taken the time to de-OGGify enough to listen to. I'm not proud of my laziness, but I'm growing to accept it.
