(no subject)

Buh.

Okay, so I've been getting spam recently with the subject line format of "your [noun], [adjective][noun]", like

your cash, night heron
your money, nitrogen free
your future, moth-eaten

and occasionally things like

:), butter lake

Today I received one that might have benefitted from a little more quality control in the dictionary database.

:), nigger daisy

I continue to wonder what sort of people actually click on these links, who find the salesmanship of these missives, repeated ad nauseum, to be so irresistible and financially inscrutable.

Maybe they wrote some automatic program with the 1,000 monkeys theory in mind: eventually, it has come up with some word combination that makes you want to purchase the product.

However, much like monkeys typing Shakespeare, the finacial feasibility of such a prospect was probably ignored (it is cheaper than television).
