When the world is a monster
Today's report from the stars, via Christopher Rengstrom:
You may be presented with a bill to go along with that raise. It's typical of Saturn burning a hole in your celestial money house. At least you have funds to offset it.
Um. Maybe the stars think I already sold my toys and got a lot more than I was expecting. Maybe 'celestial money house' means... means... um. No, I can't think of anywhere I've recently gotten a metaphorical raise. Of course, getting the bill without a corresponding benefit is not unfamiliar territory for me.
I got to have lunch with Caredhel, one of my Thanksgiving dinners I guess sort of, and there was fried pumpkin and rama thai and lots of talk about school--hers and mine.
The idea of going into academia keeps coming up, and it sounds about as attractive as anything else I'm considering, I guess. Bio Tech, real estate, comp sci, movie making, broadcasting, history degree or poli sci degree for whatever product, NGOs, social services, advising, international superstar male model or (my personal favorite) winning the lottery.

Work is on fire, I had a lunch engagement, and so I've been harried all day. I'm pretty much full of hate.
