AUGH. Larry Goodson, noted author, claims that finding bin Laden will not really be that difficult because the locals will resent 'these foreigners that, as they see, come in and cause so much trouble' and thus will be perfectly willing to rat the Taliban out to US intelligence officers.
Is this why we utterly failed to predict the fall of the Soviet Union?
Did I mention that I'm going to stop watching CNN in the morning?

I find it more likely that "the locals" will be willing to rat out bin Laden to get the $25 million reward.

Rule #1: Never listen to political commentators. The chances of them being correct, or even close to correct, is far slimmer than your local meteorologist's chances of predicting the weather.
