"Jane Says" seems to be one of the most appropriate songs to be listening to when landing in Las Vegas.
The Strip is frighteningly close to the airport. I suspect that I could probably walk there easily enough. So long as it's not 200o out.
I feel a little guilty that I'm here now, and in two weeks Motley Politico's wedding is here and for scheduling reasons I can't make it for that.

And no worries about scheduling ironies, and please NO GUILT. When we were planning this wedding, we knew travel would be a potential problem for many. There'll be an informal thing back in San Jose afterward. You can visit the cats, it'll be cool.
