I love the soundtrack to "Nightmare before Christmas". I dated a guy who was a music teacher in San Bernadino and he had is concert choir sing this is Halloween as part of their fall competition (I had suggested to him that would be a great song for his choir class) They came in 2nd place!

Just yesterday, Princess Rowan was over and we played Kingdom Hearts at her (with Hallowe'enTown) and she mentioned that there was a new soundtrack with covers by modern rock bands the kids these days listen to. So I was amused to see that show up on my playlist, and reminded that I was supposed to investigate that.

I'm guessing by A-pop you're not talking about the band Apoptygma Berzerk, which is what I usually hear that term referencing.

Hee. No, it goes with J-pop and I-pop and all the other -Pop designations, and I use it to mean Arabian pop music. Toires, DJ Cheb I Sabah, Ahmed Fahti, and Paul Horn, so three out of ten tracks.
