Goin' to the country, gonna eat a lot of peaches

I have two fresh cut peaches in my lunch box today. (Maybe I need an actual lunch box.)
However, this leads to my discovery that we have Pantry Gnomes.
I wanted some honey and lemon juice for the peaches. And I have a ginormous jar of honey that I bought.... uh. Somewhere. Maybe the farmer's market. However, when I went to the pantry to retrieve this sticky behemoth, it was nowhere to be seen. And earlier this week when I made the spinach tofu slurry, I wanted to use a tin of 'cream of something soup' (I think I remember having cream of celery, of chicken and of mushroom). I could find neither tin nor label of cream of anything.
Damn Pantry Gnomes.

AFAIK, all the honey I'm aware of is with the tea and coffee in the cabinet to the left of the sink. (Some of it in there is mine, but I *think* there is some of yours in there)

And the soup may be down in the soup & veggie shelf rather than your personal one.

I checked the honey shelf just in case, but this is serious large. It's like a quart jar.
And I ended up using condensed tomato soup at the time, but I'll poke at the soup shelf and see if I recognize anything. (:

Hmm. I vaguely remember seeing the seriously large jar of honey at some point. I'll see if it leaps out at me. Hopefully metaphorically speaking. :)

So by whatever rules LJ uses to compose Friends pages, [livejournal.com profile] tersa's recipe dump appeared immediately after this post.

This made me think about coincidences.

Hmmmmm. She didn't have a recipe in there for Cream of Honey something or other, did she?

Sweet Son of mine, you know that honey is sugar? Have you tried Chile Con Limon it is a seasoning, great on watermelon with extra lime juice. Love ya,

Yep, I'm pretty aware. I'm just happy that it's not corn syrup.
Lime juice is also sugar. But I like the ground chile with citrus flavoring.
