Modulation, and I hold a high note....

I went to see the BSG Razor special event last night, and I think I'll merely repeat here the review I gave to a friend who couldn't attend.
So I went in with the note pad and took copious notes until about two thirds of the way through. It was an okay episode, with a new hard ass tough as nails female character with a death wish who we'll never see again, and lots of back story on Admiral Kane and the Pegasus and the 'incident' with the ten dead civilians. There was a little Adama backstory from the first Clone War, and there were some 1980s style Cylons who said 'By Your Command'. And there was some reveal on one of the first Cylon/Human hybrids who said "Kara Thrace is the Harbinger of The Apocalypse and they Must Not Follow Her."
But honestly, the best part of the evening was when a cute geek outside waiting for the ten o'clock showing accosted me.
Her name, by the way, was Melissa. Melissa, if you're out there and stumble across this, I'm thinking of coming to the next Browncoat shindig to find out if you were flirting with me or just proselytizing.
