Yesterday I got my 'guaranteed not bootleg' Hong Kong copy of an out of print DVD. This is the description from the back of the box:

That's totally Rebecca. But it reminds me of a story a friend told me about browsing the "English" language book section in a rural chinese market. They would take novels that were originally in english and translated to chinese, and translate them back into english from the chinese text. This produced such masterworks as: "The Angry Grapes" by John Steinbeck.
