Things to do in San Jose when you're dead
While wandering downtown San Jose on Sunday, we came across a couple of flyers for things we might be interested in. I post the information here for my own and anybody else's reference.
Midnight Movies at Camera 7 on Friday or Camera 12 on Saturday
11-12 July Hellboy 2 (tickets available now)
18-19 July Dark Knight
25-26 July X-Files 2
1-2 August Mummy 3
8-9 August Wrath of Khan
15-16 August Clone Wars
22-23 August Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
I'm amused that most of these are sequels. (Okay, all of them but the last one.)
(Discovered while online--San Pedro Square on Wednesday nights is showing free movies at dusk.)
Metro Music in the Park at Plaza Cesar Chavez, free concerts on Thursday nights.
17 July Flogging Molly
24 July Vanessa Carlton
21 August White Album Ensemble
EDIT: Looks like Music in the Park starts at five-thirty. Timing on that could be tricky, especially since I don't get out of work until six.

I think if tickets are already on-sale, we should buy them ASAP.

Also, Friday/Saturday night showing is at the Camera 7, allowing Miss Friday to attend if she so chooses. :)

(It sounds like buying tickets in advance is going to be a wise idea.)

The Friday showing of the midnight movies is going to be at midnight on Saturday morning at the Camera 7, in Campbell. I understand that's in the Pruneyard. And if you follow the link in the post, you should be able to get to a page where you can easily get a ticket.
