If you had Bahama-vacation level friendly relations with Keating, maybe you should tell your running mate not to lean so hard on Ayers.

In other news, if there's anybody who's free on Saturday the eighteenth and likes either early 20th Century farce, LARPing, or hanging out with cool people, let me know. "Midsummer Madness", a Wodehouse-styled live action game (PG Wodehouse wrote, among other things, the Jeeves and Wooster books which if you haven't read you should and then perhaps you should watch the first two seasons of the PBS show), is looking to be a lot of fun, and I think it may not happen if we don't scare up a few more players.

It would be absolutely smashing to attend a Wodehouse LARP, but I'm trapped up here in the North with dreary weather and drearier aunts. Do start a bun fight in my memory, won't you?

I tried to keep you down here long enough, my buttercup, but I was not the man I thought. Alas! I'm not sure who my character is, but I shall cause as much havok as I can.

Argh! I clicked the link in the email that M- forwarded me but it's coming up broken. Dash it all, I so want to play a sleek na'er do well bachelor who seems to have disturbingly little interest in the girls! I even have my costume all planned out. And yay, excuse to watch Jeeves and Wooster, thus feeding my intense Hugh Laurie crush.
