I apparently have a little to say in a lot of different posts. However, I'm a little surprised that this hasn't shown up in another news forum, as it came out almost a week ago. (I'm concerned that it might be fraudulent, but it feels true.)
President Carter leaves the Southern Baptist Church because of its misogyny.

It's been pointed out to me that one of the reasons I haven't seen confirmation in other news media is because this happened back in 2000. Thank you, Cindy.

I saw this just recently too... I also found out about "The Elders" (don't know the exact URL, but search for The Elders and you should find it). Interesting!
