He's putting his entire library (including the new "Whiskey Rebellion" album) up for free download on the Amazon in an attempt to over-stimulate the economy.

(Alas, it looks like you still can't get Pleasure Barons for free, but the Jello Biafra/Mojo Nixon collaboration is in there.)
(EDIT: Jello is *not* free. But there's always room with Jello!)
