It's Ny-Quil Drivin' Time
The combination of my lousy sleep schedule combined with having to get up in the morning has made me quite exhausted and miserable. I'm getting about five hours of sleep a night this week.
But the game went pretty well last night. I dropped some surprises, and threw some curves at the folks who seemed to be less busy.
And after a frustrating start where I seemed to forget everything I'd learned in class, the FrameMaker document for Fweeps rules that I'm writing is going pretty well. When I get done I'll Acrobat it and put it on the web. And snag some venture capital and make millions marketing e-chess variants.
People are excited about the FLtD game now, which is much better than upset and cranky and stressed. Next game in a month.

Speaking of games, I've added you to an LJ community I've created for the purpose of playing a particular game. But if you can't or don't want to play, just let me know.
A couple of goodies are on their way to being shipped to you. They'll arrive separately, for some dumb reason. (This may make more sense when you get them.)

Look up username "nomic" and you will find more info there. Actually you should be able to follow a link there from your own user profile now.
One item is supposed to arrive no later than tomorrow, and the other is supposed to arrive no later than the 30th. But they usually ship these things by priority mail, so it's kind of odd that you haven't seen them yet. Unless your gift-shipping address isn't up-to-date... *gulp*
