It looks like the prick with the Camaro is a regular patron at the titty bar next door to the costume shop.
Same color car I think (hard to be certain, in the different lighting) and same gold-on-black license plate.

heheheh... as bad as me? Sugar in the gas tank.

But, I suppose that's pretty hard to do these days. You could just "accidentally bump" his car everytime you go past to set off the alarm.. costing him precious titty-time? Very annoying, yet not illegal. :)

While I appreciate the spirit, keep in mind that there's no real way of telling if this is the same guy.
I'm all for vindictive and petty justice, but I'd feel guilty if he was just some schmuck who liked titties. I can sympathize with that--I'm a schmuck who likes titties. (Just not the scary nasty skanky titties they have next door...)
