It all started about two Thanksgivings ago

So the folks here at the airport (both the United and the SkyWest people) are organizing a 'you poor sods have to work on Thanksgiving' buffet type thing. I am going to have way more to eat than I need.
So far, I greatly approve of:
The store bought cheesecake. Mmm, just a hint of lemon.
Some sort of jalapeno marmalade over cream cheese. (Sweet and spicy. Must find out where to get/how to make.)
That Tazo sweet cinnamon spice tea.
(Did I mention that I found some? I was upstairs at the food court last night and one of the little sandwich/pastry places had a Tazo stand and lo and behold! It's got a... a woody taste, I guess. I might like the cinnamon taste a little sharper, but it's very warm and comforting.)

The jalapeno marmalade over cream cheese is basically just that. Get a jalapeno jelly and apply it to cream cheese. Easy. Deadly.

So the jelly is something that they sell in stores?

Yep! You might have to look around for it, but it's findable.

Yeah, look for 'red pepper jelly'. It's in a squat jar, about 8 ounces, with a shiny red lid, and a red label. It'll be often next to the mint jelly, which looks the same, except for green!

Very popular craft item. My aunt makes a killer hot variety she can never keep in stock. Could try and score a jar for you if you want.

I was actually pleased by the fact that it wasn't too spicy. A little spicy is nice, but it goes a long way.
