Weird.
So I leave the house for work and drive Nauti, leaving at 0940 and arriving at 1000. About twenty minutes.
I leave the house for work on the bike, leaving at 0910 and arriving at 0935. About twenty-five minutes.
(The route is essentially the same--Middlefield to Castro, and then by auto down Central to Mary and then back up Evelyn to Berndardo, but by bike down Evelyn to Bernardo.)

I only bike 1.5 miles to work, but it's about ten minutes faster to bike than to drive. Mostly because I can take a far more direct route and I can park much closer to my destination.
I wish I'd had a chance to bike my old commute ( 4 miles straight shot down el Camino ) - except I don't like riding on or near el camino. ;)
