Reluctantly (and far too early) departing San Jose, I managed to catch a little bit of sleep before arriving at Sea-Tac and reconnoitering with Z-Amber and scarywhitegirl (our delightful bride). I loaned one of them the shirt off my back to keep her from freezing, and we headed to downtown on the light rail.

We stopped by swg's office where we had breakfast and a quick loo break (interrupted by and admiring of the elevator lobby, of which I should have taken more and closer up photos) before cruising off for touristy foofaraw at Pike Place Market.

We admired the line for cheese, and I got to show off Market Spice teas and Simo Silk in amongst all the wandering done, and a visit to the comic shop where I found the perfect backdrop to display swg's cunning and well decorated shirt.

Then it was back to the airport to retrieve Kindred, and then off to DNA's amazing new home, where Mary gave us the two dollar tour. I will at some point probably just take a bunch of photos to show the place off, but for now if the man asks if you want to be a houseguest, the answer is "Yes."
