It's been interesting watching the media shift through phases with Occupy, trying on new angles like prom dresses, shifting from "Ignore" to "We have no idea what these crazy people want" to "A bunch of commie college hippies living in their parents' basement who just don't want to go out and get a job".

The media reaction rather parallels that quote from Gandhi that's been floating around: First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

The occupy protests have certainly changed the way the media is approaching the whole Wall St. Crashing the Economy debacle. Yay!
