Freedom's just another word for nothing left to sell.

Did a lot of gardening today after HotJobs went completely balls-up on me and I screamed futilely at it. Weeded, planted, dug and raked. I'd forgotten how much I like gardening, how much I liked plants and flowers and herbs and.... and dirt. Planted a dwarf pine, scattered wildflower seeds and pulled out a lot of grass.
I am officially registered now, and start my class in FrameMaker next week. It doesn't look like I'll have a job by then... I should go ahead and add it to my resume now and start throwing it around at writing positions.
Leigh Ann's started working on her Deadlands game, and I'm putting together a deserter/gambler character for it which I hope will be a lot of fun. In other gaming news, the Tarot game is postponed this week for a birthday dinner for Dave, who helped me to retinker the resume into something which will hopefully get me more attention. Knock wood.

Oh yeah. Almost forgot. Ellen sent me one of those Internet Quiz things where they ask you all sorts of weird questions as a personality-revealing tool and then have you forward it on to all your friends.
My response, which ended up in the mailboxes of some two dozen folks (one or two of whom I have met before), and people are starting to write me back, fascinated by the captivating and scintillating whatever. This apparently includes a new journal page here at LJ.
