Post Office update:
I took off Tuesday morning, went to my local branch, stood on line for a while, filled out some forms... anticlimactically, they said 'we will send you an informational packet a week before the next test'.
Which means that I've started the process rolling and jumped the first hurdle.
Woke up to Ebbie's second mix tape. The Virgins, Feeling Cheated. Pretty cool so far, although I didn't wake up until the Trent Reznor song. (And then I traded in a shower for an extra half hour of fitful napping.) Dunno whether to blame my late night or the tape. I'll find out tomorrow I expect. (:
But gaming was fun and worth staying up for. My character got to blow things up with dynamite, and came up with some good ideas even if I don't talk loud enough for anybody else to hear them. But I think I'm getting more assertive. I know that when I went to the cinema with Leslie (Time Machine gets a thumb up, by the way) she marked on my callous disregard for the cattle I had to swim through to get to where I was going. Well. Not exactly in those words. But.
