Bangin' on the Bongos like a Chimpanzee

This has been the week of spending way too much money. Out to lunch twice, a trip to the Rosicrucian Museum, a David Ives production last night (Ives is very clever, and it was nice to see them performed even if there was the occasional smell of ham), and another one tonight. I would have put a $3 Coke at The Duke but Luc, as a gentleman of quality, picked up the tab. And thus I became a member of The Pub Club. The FA Cup final is coming up in a couple of weeks, but I have decided that paying $20 to sit in a pub full of football hooligans is not worth an Andy. (:

Question for the Tolkein freaks out there. When Gandalf talks about driving the Necromancer out of Dol Guldur down in the south, that's Sauron (or at least a sort of proto-Sauron) right? Even Gandalf is scared of this guy, so he must be pretty hot shit.
