Home sick today. Hoping the soup didn't make Tersa ill. Lots of purging, lots of violent shaking, and a phone call to work around midnight.
I'm amused, reading the NERO book, to see the description of Gipsies as a character race (They love dancing and singing, and will lie and cheat to protect other family members) right before the note that you should be careful when designing a character race to not be insulting or demeaning and not promote stereotypes of existing people.
And for those of you who are getting ahead of yourselves and shopping for birthday presents for me, I could use a new pair of slacks. It looks like I'll have my license (knock wood) well before The Big Day Of Becoming Ancient, but I could probably use a little extra scratch to pay for the lessons. This guy is good, but he's spendy.
Does anybody know how long you have to have insurance after you get the license? I know you can't drive if you don't have it, but I don't think that'll be a problem. Erf. Or do they revoke your license if you stop having insurance or something?

Figured out how to get the cat out of the bedroom if he sneaks in while I'm getting ready for work. Just go downstairs and open and shut the sliding glass door really loudly so he thinks Mommy's come home to save him. Furry little vermin.
