I'm very pleased with my purchase of the Dread Zeppelin disc It's Not Unusual. Not a lot of Zeppelin (one track in fact) and less Elvis, but still very fun. Loaned it to Cindy before we had finished listening to it all.
Also finally got another copy of Tongues and Tails which pleased me greatly. All for under $10. I love the magic of used music.
I've been reading the Harry Potter books (I know, I know, *finally*) and am on the fourth one now. I note that although I've enjoyed reading the others, this is the first one that I've gone out of my way to make time to read. I'm enjoying it much more, and the characters seem deeper. So here I go now, to read it some more.
Edit:
Finished it about the time the housemate woke up for work. Satisfying. The final twist was unexpected, and caught me by surprise. The plot elements had been properly introduced, sometimes books in advance. And the death at the end made me cry. Now I'm going to read something not written by an English author so I can get the anglicisms out of my daily speech again.
