All I know is that I don't know

So I'm a complete fucking moron. I had a doctor's appointment on Friday at ten, plus I need to do some bloodwork before hand so my alarm failed to go off at 8:15 and I was already running late and I'd forgotten to take meds last night so my levels were probably going to be screwed up and I have nothing in the house to eat for breakfast which has to be done before I can take the meds this morning and all of this was very bad except.

That the appointment is actually next Friday. Which might have been just mildly amusing, o ho ho how droll, except.

I've been getting this confused all week. And resolving it. And then getting it confused again. And each time saying 'Oh yeah, that's not until next week'.

What is my damage?
