I'm looking at Chapter Seven options right now, and trying to decide what 'undue hardship' actually means in legalspeak, and trying to find a lawyer to walk through this with.
(Another $12K debt has sort of appeared, in that I thought it was part of something I was already dealing with and it's obviously not.)
