I fought the law....

Looks like Kaleidoscape (a company friends of mine are involved with in various ways) is in the news again. They're being sued by the DVD Copy Control Association for their 'Video Jukebox' which allows you to store the contents of a commercial DVD and then replay those contents later without the DVD actually being present.
Interesting story in this week's Guardian about the FCC's new 'Broadcast Flag'. Typical leftist ranting.
