Apparently there is a town somewhere desperate enough for either the cash, the publicity or the public service workers that they are hosting a reality television show called "Armed and Famous"; in this television show, C-List celebrities serve as actual officers of the law. With legal authority, and guns, and everything.
Erik Estrada is the amusing irony point here. LaToya Jackson is the 'this is how the world ends--not with a bang but with a whimper' point.
