I don't know why in my head I hear the spam subject lines being read with a Russian accent.

I also don't have a clever segue from that into today's IFIAYAQD.

Back update:
Going to class seemed good--my back didn't hurt at all during or after.
In fact, everything was fine until about an hour after I got up this morning, and it returned with a vengeance. More hot water, or at least as hot as I could get it, and more Advil. When I get home, then more mentholated topical cream.

Slept for crap. I think I woke up over a dozen times that I can remember over the course of the night.
