That's a little better
Jun. 22nd, 2010 11:34 amYesterday lunch was at Five Guys Burgers and Fries.
The decor was largely red and white with checkered trim, and sacks of potatoes littered the floor while they waited to be made directly into french fries. The menu was limited--mostly burgers and fries obviously enough (although they also had hot dogs, because everybody around here has hot dogs). Sound familiar to anybody?
The sound track was about twenty years later than In&Out (think BTO), but they did offer grilled onions (next time I'm asking for extra grilling though). The cajun fries were... good, but not all I'd hoped for. The nice meaty feel of actual potato was lovely, and these are a bit thicker and hold their warmth longer than the standard I&O basket.
Now if only there was a Krispy Kreme next door instead of a Wal-Mart.
