Not dead yet

Things got very quiet, but that's not because I've been kidnapped by German terrorists or I fell and broke my typing thumbs, it's just the usual Con burn of 'get up shower game eat sleep get up again' cycle. Central has a little more down time, but not enough for proper lounging about.
I'm having fun and making friends and playing nicely. And last night's wrap up started with my GM saying "Well, *I* didn't think you guys stood a snowball's chance in hell...."
