Rockin' in the free world

So here's the sitch. I'd tagged the Rocksmith software because it was on significant savings ($80 to $50) until year's end, and I could afford it. But I wanted to wait until after Giftmas so I didn't get in trouble for double presenting. Because that's embarrassing.
And I finally checked all of my stockings to make sure and went to the website tonight. Where UbiSoft said they were offering free shipping but no sale. And I wibbled, deep in my soul. And I called technical support in case there was something I'd missed, and the beautiful soul there (whose name I have already forgotten) said "Uh, yeah, I think the sale ended yesterday. But check Amazon--I think they still have it on sale."

And Lo, They Did.
