Four hours of sleep last night, up at nine. And I still can't sleep tonight. This is annoying and frustrating. But at least it gave me the chance to chat for a while with 9th Moon on this lovely technology called 'Instant Messenging Software'. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with it. The only problem is that apparently it's so popular that every single name in the world between six and fourteen characters has been taken. Including 'Cyrano', 'Cyrano3141592629', 'CyranonaryC', 'Cyra3456no', 'CyranoCyrano', 'CyranoCoyote' (which the god damned software TOLD me to try), 'CyranoHatesAOL', 'MrsRatbag' and 'c8y8r8a8n8o'. I can only hope my howls of frustration did not wake my wonderful housemate who is far more gifted at sleeping currently. She even gets funky cool dreams.
But it was more than worth the trouble. A charming conversationalist, full of attributes. Not the least of which is her exceptional taste in music.
