cyranoI had heard of nopalitos salad -- made with strips of cactus -- but until tonight when it was part of the special at the airport burrito place I'd never had a chance to try it.
I do not know if it is always this... incindiary... but this salad is certainly full of peppery goodness. I'm eating it half a bite at a time, with breaks in between bites. This may be the secret to weight loss, here--a food that is painful if eaten too quickly.
