So I've got the Skype now. (Cyrano Jones // cyranocoyote) I don't think my camera is working, though, and I can't figure out why because when I go to Video Options and click on 'webcam options' nothing happens. Ah, technology, how you taunt me.

So those of you who want to be in my phone book, leave a comment. Those of you who want to be in my phone book and haven't downloaded the software yet, it appears to be free and as soon as I can test it, I'll let you know how I like it.

Hunh. Skype (www.skype.com) is a voice-over-internet software, which will apparently talk to other Skype users for free (and if I can get the camera to work also does video) and for a competitive per-minute fee will talk to people's telephones. I suspect the video component will not carry over there.
