I wasn't tagged, but when world famous author Jess Hartley does something then the cool kids rush to emulate her.
Once you've been tagged, you have to write a blog entry with five complete lies about yourself. That is, five things about you that are completely not true. Not even slightly. THEN hide in the entry a 6th line, something that is absolutely TRUE and the first person to guess which one is true wins :) Then tag up to five people you want to turn into compulsive liars too.

1. My first boyfriend was of Asian descent, and had a cheesy kanji tattoo.
2. I attended seminary and became a priest, years ago.
3. I discovered Siouxsie and the Banshees through Mtv.
4. My favorite movie is Harold and Maude.
5. I used to have the biggest crush on Gambit, from the X-Men.
6. My biggest irrational fear is heights.

Comments screened, because it's a contest and stuff.

#1's the true one, isn't it?!

Given my wild rep, and my personal attractions, you'd think so, wouldn't you? But you'd be misled by my clever misdirection. (:

misled by misdirection? is that a double negative? like, does it really mean, actually led in the correct direction?

I don't know you very well, but because #5 is true for me, I will project and guess that it is true for you, too. ;)

For a blind guess, it's not bad. I hear everybody did. (: I stopped reading the X-Men before he showed, though, so I missed out. My big X-Men crush was Kitty.

1. I think that was your second boyfriend
2. No, the kind of priest you are does not require seminary
3. Siouxsie on MTv, even in the heyday, was unlikely, so I don't think so.
4. Hmm. Very possible. Favorite? Hmm.
5. No, we know you preferred Nightcrawler. Mein gott!
6. That's not irrational fear.

I'm going with the Harold and Maude.

One of the few reasons Number Four is not correct is that I don't have absolute favorites--any time somebody asks me that question, I try to shrug it off or overwhelm them with the large field of 'tied currently for #1'. (:

I think #4 is true.

If memory serves, you told me once you went to seminary. I did not know that you had finished training.

But then, my memory isn't what it once was -- I think?!
