It's way too late. But I got to see South Park's rich people episode, which made me laugh, and Memento (finally) which made me disturbed. Both very good, in their own special way. Did a little cleaning, which is not bad considering that I was going to just take a nap after the mighty shopping expedition.
And then I made some sort of Italian chicken dish which turned out really quite yummy, and Mei came over to test it for me and to use our net connexion. Lots of folks I know who are suddenly without service, and many of whom were not expecting to be affected (effected?) by the @Home foofaraw.
I have lots of work that I need to do before Wednesday's game, and I at least know what it is but I'm not feeling very inspired to do it. It's grunt work, research, leg work, paperwork. And I can't think of it in a way that makes it fun.

I was expecting to be affected. I just had no idea how easy or difficult it would be to get up and running again after AT&T made the transition. Fortunately they made it very easy. In fact, we got a message on our answering machine (left by another machine) to let us know that our service was back up. Maybe they're being extra-good right now because they're afraid of losing any more customers than they need to. :-) I hope not. I'm fantasizing that all of the terrible customer service I got under AT&T@Home was really @Home's fault and not AT&T's.
