Quick stopping-by post

cyranoSo I have an idea of what I want to do for my birthday. Or at least one thing. It looks like Lee Press-On is doing a Nails show on 3 July at the DNA. (Also--anybody who can remind me what 'Swing is Dead' on that web page is a cover of would be well remembered.)
EDIT: While in the shower, I finally recognized the familiar chorus to Fishbone's Freddy's Dead.
Probably soon I'll do a 'what I want for my birthday' post, for those who are dying to buy me stuff.
Tried something new with the sleeping and woke up no less itchy than I went to bed.
CitiCard needs to cut it the hell out with pre-recorded vague calls in the middle of the night.*
Blah blah blah.
Clean room still disorients me.
EDIT THE FURTHER: Apparently the Asylum Street Spankers are going to be in town for something called the Tour de Fat on 21 July. That would be a good show to catch as well.
*If I'm still asleep, it's the middle of the night. 0845 is way too damned early for non-emergency calls, especially if nobody at Citi knows why the hell they called.
