When I say dance, you'd best dance...
Mar. 21st, 2008 11:00 am(Post title song lyric truncated as I used up my quota of 'MF's for the week with the Dana Perino post.)
So class last night went reasonably well. I'm in better shape this morning than I expected.
I didn't have a lot of trouble finding the place--my neurotic homework served me well.
The instructor has had men in the class before so that wasn't traumatic for her.
By the end of class, my hip was popping painfully and my legs were shaking uncontrollably. You will be shocked to hear that the instructor told me I didn't have to work so hard.
I got home and got some protein, and in the morning I was not immobile as I had feared. Some pain and stiffness manifested a few hours later, but it's quite tolerable.
And I have one of the Troupe Mix CDs in the car. (Operation Desert Storm.)
