TSR is apparently doing a series of promotional videos for D&D4e. And they're funny.

In other news, over a week ago I went in for blood work. The phlebotomist was cute, but before I left my elbow was tender and swollen. This weekend, it finally started bruising. Now it's mostly brownish green with a dark red center.

So far as I can tell, phlebotomists come in two varieties: cute young things who will savage your arm, and competent old battleaxes. I don't know if it's that training has changed, or that it takes thirty years to learn to phlebotomize well.

Luckily for me, I rarely have this sort of trouble. Especially lucky considering how often the doctor wants to jab me with a needle.

I had a phlebotomist who told me I had beautiful veins. I really do not know what that means....
