Cold War Chicken:
Dice chicken and onions and a lime. Then marinate them in (Russian) vodka.
Fry them up with (Chinese) rice.
Once the chicken browns, add some of that kicky (Cuban) garlic lime sauce.
Simmer for as long as you can stand it.
Verdict:
I wish I'd done the dry rub instead like I did with the pork. (Also, a little bitter. Too much lime peel.) But the people will still queue up a mile deep on the grey industrial streets just to get a bite. Eat up, comrades!
