If music be the food of love
Nov. 3rd, 2008 12:06 pmIt's that time of year. On 17 November, they open the floodgates and I order my tickets for next season's Oregon Shakespeare Festival. As usual, I would love to share this experience.
If you have any interest in seeing one of the best repertory companies in North America do their thing, let me know.
The big draws this year are likely MacBeth, Much Ado About Nothing, The Music Man, and Don Quixote, but there are a collection of other plays. I'd be happy to tell you more about them. (I need to see Equivocation.)
I usually go for the cheap seats (40% off after 05 October) but I've proven that I can be flexible. The season starts in the Spring, The Elizabethan opens in June.

Date: 2008-11-03 11:29 pm (UTC)Month-wise, I'm easy, so whatever works best for you. Currently I declare the first week of any month to be off-limits due to invoicing, but I've been working on getting the invoicing process down to "and the monkey flips the switch" levels, and I have been known to leave right in the middle of the busiest period and not have things blow up. I like to think that this trend will continue or even get better.
